Lucienne Mosquera
Lucienne Mosquera is an industry leader in the field of Economic and Technical Structuring of green process optimisation. With over 25 years of international experience in corporate finance and hotel asset management, Lucienne has led numerous sustainable hotel real estate development projects across Europe. As the Founding Partner of SustainCRE, she spearheads the company’s mission to bridge the green performance and delivery gap in the real estate industry. Her expertise in financial management, project coordination, and sustainable strategies has resulted in groundbreaking solutions that create long-term value and optimal green outcomes for clients.
Sam Stacey
Sam Stacey is a construction industry leader and writer on construction innovation. He has a unique perspective and a deep heritage in the built environment, having served on various boards, including the BRE, Construction Innovation Hub and Active Building Centre, and advised the UK government and leading construction companies. He combines technical know-how with degrees from some of the world’s leading universities: in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, Engineering from Imperial College, London and an MBA from Henley Business School. From 2018 to 2022 Sam was Challenge Director for the acclaimed Transforming Construction Program at UKRI, and is now Chairman of SustainCRE and CEO of Stacx International.
Russ Matthews
Russ Matthews is a Chartered Systems Engineer with a distinguished career in program management and the application of technology. He worked alongside Sam Stacey to deliver the acclaimed Transforming Construction Program at UKRI and as Chief Operating Officer of Stacx International. Russ combines a wealth of technology and telecoms experience with strong leadership from his 14 years in the military, 20 years in the mobile telecoms sector and excellent relationship skills. He has a Masters Degree in the underlying mathematics of artificial intelligence and an MBA. He loves seeing new technology being developed and used to solve real life problems.
